The waitress I had was great but the woman who helped me cash out my ticket seemed to be annoyed she had to help me. Overall I'm sure I'll be back at some point.”

“I've been using 5.11 gear for years, they make great stuff. I went to the Cincinnati/Kenwood 5.11 store last weekend for a new MOAB Rush 10 bag and a pair of shorts. This is the first time I've been in a 5.11 store. The product selection is amazing... they seem to have at least one of everything made by 5.11 in stock. Chad was super helpful, and very knowledgeable. I had my daughter with me (we drove down from Dayton) and his patience with me was VERY appreciated! Great store, superb customer service... I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this store!!”
