I let them know, the guy who made it gave me attitude about it, but offered to make a new one. I asked if I could have something different and they gave an iced pumpkin latte and it tasted good. They even let me keep the matcha green tea, which I gave my son a d he was super happy.”

They took very fine care of my elder housemates whom I was able to get to know in the family-like atmosphere of the small home. The room was comfortable and airy. “I've been using 5.11 gear for years, they make great stuff. I went to the Cincinnati/Kenwood 5.11 store last weekend for a new MOAB Rush 10 bag and a pair of shorts. This is the first time I've been in a 5.11 store. The product selection is amazing... they seem to have at least one of everything made by 5.11 in stock. Chad was super helpful, and very knowledgeable. I had my daughter with me (we drove down from Dayton) and his patience with me was VERY appreciated! Great store, superb customer service...
