“I want to start by saying thank you to all all the staff at Prenier. They have all been very suppprtive and encouraging during this difficult process. My two year old daughter started therapy on or about 4 months ago. At the beginign it was a rough start, but once she was acquainted with everyone she was able to actually start learning. Florence at the front desk is such a beatutiful person. She reflects what a truly caring person is all about. Always attentive to our needs. Dr. Allen has ben a great supportive Therapist. I am above and beyond thankful for her and the support she has giving my girl. She is a true caring individual. She honours her tittle by being proactive, sensitive, understanding and compassionate. She has answered all of my questions and concerns all the time. She even took an hr on the phone with me to discuss my girls advancement without prior notice....I am beyond happy with Premier...they are amazing. My girl has shown so much improvement once we got pass the first few weeks of getting avcustomed to the new routine and being on her own for her sessions.
