Pat & Sue have provided one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! I spoke to Sue on the phone about training our older dog on our new home's pet fence and she was very clear and thorough. Pat came out and flagged our yard and found old wires in need of repair. Pat installed our electric fence in March of 2020 for our two dogs. We were first time owners for an electric fence. We have had no issues with the installation.
