“Walked in this morning to get boots and didn't take 5 steps before I was greeted and asked what I was needing today. This was my 3rd pair of redwings boots I have had in 8 years. Not going to lie the 1st 2 pair I have had killed my feet. Jennifer walked me back to the boots gave me direct detail on about every boot on the wall. She asked to measure my foot after I told her that I have always wore size 10 boots. Well I need size 9 not 10. Hands down the best service I have ever had buying a pair of boots.
