Josh did a great job explaining what needed to be done and gave me the price before starting. Repairs look great and he made sure I had water before he left. Would absolutely recommend! And my dogs liked Josh too!!
The two men that provided my service call were very professional and courteous. From the moment they walked into my rental property until the time they walked out, they were informative and friendly. They fixed my plumbing problem quickly. I thought their bill for their service was reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, in fact, the renter of this property sent me a text asking for the name of the plumbing service. She wanted to give the name to a friend of hers that was having trouble getting a plumber to even come out to her house. She called and they provided service for her.
I had some electrical work related to outdoor lighting. My local electrician kept putting me off, so I decided to let Beltz do the work. Good choice! Even though they are 30 miles away from my home, they showed up on time as scheduled. Bryce surveyed the situation and determined the best way to proceed. He carefully explained what needs to be done and then proceeded to get the work done. After he was finished, Bryce showed us what he did and answered our questions. Bryce was friendly and professional and the cost for this service was quite reasonable. We'll certainly reach out to Beltz Home Service again when we have a need.
Beltz Home service did a excellent job for us. Yes , it was a smaller job, but the tech Alex, dropped a ton of knowledge on me about other issues and concerns I had. They give quotes up front and are very clear on price so there isn't any "surprises". No pressure to upgrade things , just honest opinions.Very professional and friendly. I liked the fact he did not make me feel dumb for asking simple questions about basic electrical work. That goes a long way with me. Highly recommend!
First time calling Beltz for help and I couldn't be more pleased. I understand it's not their busiest time, but Shannon was here within a couple hours and provided excellent service, professionalism, transparency, and a very personal approach. The company followed up with Andrew who inspected our whole HVAC system and walked us through all of our options, doing a great job of explaining everything. Beltz has secured my business for the long term. Highly recommend!
