Sarah Meisner fixed my order within minutes and made sure to get a new order shipped out to me immediately. There was issues with the warehouse and when I called she was on it, emailed me back in timely fashion and followed through with everything she said she would do for me! All the staff were very friendly. John R who instructed me on the use of my CPAP was very knowledgeable! He answered all my questions in a way I could understand. He also gave me hands on instructions on how to attach the mask and tubing as well as opening the water holder. I would recommend Hart Medical to anyone needing medical equipment.
