I worked with Shawna and she was wonderful. She kept me updated with paperwork. She has great communication and puts her all in when helping me. I've had 2 loans through her and haven't had a single complaint yet. Would definitely recommend going to her for any loan!

I really appreciate that Millstream fixed the driving area around the drive through and atm areas. It is much smoother to drive on. Those pot holes were causing major issues to our vehicles. Also, a big thank you to those that work at the drive through for looking at the back of the check to see what the customer wants to do with the check. I was taught to write it down-for safety reasons, so I am not “yelling” my information for others to hear.

Ann Tong was an amazing help and such a great, smart and insightful gift of a person that helped me acquire a loan for my first house. The process was super smooth with Ann and she never failed to explain everything and more with great detail. It was honestly a great relief knowing I had somebody like Ann helping me with my mortgage loan and taking care of me through the whole process of buying a house. Always wanted me to reach out if I was confused and made sure to always answer my questions on the drop of a dime with accuracy. I like millstream a lot but with how amazing this experience went with Ann I’d give millstream a 6/5 star if I could!! Love Millstream now and super happy with them! just an over the top amazing job in helping me through this and being a great bank with great people!!!
