(November 9, 2023, 11:44 am)Everytime we have visited the customer service has been outstanding! Sometimes you may have to wait a bit, but the place is busy, the staff is always helpful and friendly. We have purchased bathroom sinks and cabinets that you spend hundreds of dollars for at the fraction of the price. Definitely worth a visit!

(January 12, 2023, 5:55 pm)I understand why some people have rated this lower. Prices are more then what you will pay at a lot of used stores and also probably then on marketplace . This helps benefit affordable housing in our community though. Something most people also complain of there being a lack of. Also this agency has other great programs like free financial counseling and job planning. Got a really big microwave that has lasted over a year now for 30 dollars. Have found a few pieces of furniture that I definitely would have bought if I had a bigger vehicle. All in all I appreciate that their is another place to buy discount items that also gives back tremendously to our community
