I have used Findlay Auto Plus multiple times for big issues and smaller ones. No matter the issue they have always treated me like my business with them matters. Always answer all of my questions and never seem bothered no matter how many questions I have. The most recent time they repaired my vehicle I had several things for them to address one of which required them to figure out the issue and I could not be happier. They did ALOT of work on my vehicle and finished it in a day dropped it off late one morning and picked it up first thing the next day. The prices are reasonable and the service is great! Strongly recommend using Findlay Auto Plus!! I always do :)

I initially was shopping around town, and Findlay Auto Plus was able to get me in quickest with a good price. They weren't the best price in town (best price in town had a 3 day wait), but they were second best on price, and could get the car in same day.
I decided to go with them, and drove my car down. I met with the manager, Doug, who had a mechanic look over the car. Initially I thought a strut needed replaced, and that's what they quoted me for, but then it turned out to be a strut mount. This drove the price up because they did not have as easy access to better priced strut mounts.
I wasn't thrilled about this, but figured these things happen.
They then kindly offered to drive me back to my house since I didn't have a ride, and then I wouldn't have to wait which was great.
I got a call later on in the day that they had fixed the strut mounts, but ran over a nail, and it damaged the tire.
I arrived the next day to pick up the car and they had fixed the tire, but added it to the bill.
I asked them about the situation asking why they wouldn't cover the repair of a problem they caused, and they mentioned that it was an oversight and mistake on their part, and they apologized.
They clarified that they do add any work to the bill, but then they also discount it when it's something they caused (this helps them track the work they do, and their labor time so they can have it for properly documenting taxes and other tracking). They fixed the charge, and I was on my way. The car seems to be working great.
Overall, I felt everyone I interacted with was very helpful, and I had an overall good impression of the place. I would definitely recommend trying them out.
