Had HVAC system replaced. Excellent experience. The work was done in a very timely manner. Michael, the installer is as professional as they come. Everything was thoroughly explained. I felt the price and the product were excellent. I wanted to stay local so there would always be some one nearby for service. Feel confident going forward that Droll Refrigeration will always be available should the need arise. Many thanks to Angela and Michael for a smooth installation. I'm cooler than I've ever been.

Very professional company. We had central A/C installed in our home. The guys explained their process, answered questions and did a great job! Reasonably priced and easy to work with!

Would give 10 stars if I could. I went to have my old furnace serviced before the winter and was told the heater core was cracked and it was unfixable. Not only did Drolls give me a fast and fair quote (they showed up 20 minutes after I called them to get a quote) but they were able to work around my schedule in order to get it installed. Angie does a great job as well making sure everything goes great with every job. I plan to recommend them to anyone I know in the future for heating and cooling needs. Thanks again!

excellent, friendly service (didn't sell me on things i didn't need), arrived quickly, and reasonable cost for repairs. they got a customer for the future here. They are the only call i'd make.
