When i got there they were already waiting for me i went to shipping theres a phone there to call 8888 and wait for a tone then diall 500 to call the forklifter . There was a nice employee that helped me out since it was my first time here and said to go to dock 9 thats for reynosa and mcallen area. Ohh and when getting loaded truck must be off.
