Dental Excellence of Napoleon

Today I was seen for an X-ray and exam for the first time in almost 20 years. I was a little nervous, but as soon as I arrived I was given a tour of the facility and felt right at home! Dr. Santini and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Can’t wait to go back over the next few months to continue working on my smile! 😊

I’ve not had one single issue with this office. It’s hard to believe, but the entire staff really is actually very nice and welcoming. The building, lobby, patient areas are all extremely clean. The nurses are great. They kept us informed of what would happen during the appt and when the Dr would be in. Dr Amy is very knowledgeable, very personable and very kind with my daughter. Having a certified pediatric dentist makes the visit amazing! She know how to work with my daughter’s fears and nervousness during procedures and cleanings. We hope to stay with Dr. Augustine as long as we can! She is truly an asset to the office.

Best dental clinic around. They listen and truly care. Dr A even called me hours later at 7 p.m. to make sure I was doing okay after a root canal I was nervous about. My hygienist Mikayla is so sweet, listens and we laugh too. Pretty great for dental appointments! :)

We recently relocated to the area and found both a welcoming and professional practice to continue our dental care with. Personally, I found my visit to be efficient. The dental hygienist and dentist listened to my concerns and quickly developed a plan to address my needs.

I've never had an issue even once. In a day and age where everything cost a good penny, I want to be sure I get my money's worth. At Dental excellence they use the latest and greatest equipment and techniques. It's well worth the money. I can't say enough about Dr Carpenter and assistant Haley. Awesome job as always!!! I'll always refer my family and friends.
