My mom and I brought in various pieces that had been inherited and other jewelry we just needed resized. My mom was able to get her wedding ring resized and customized to fit over her fingers, as she hasn’t been able to wear it in 20 years, and I was able to get my great grandmothers ring reset with my birthstone. We both had necklaces, pendants, and rings customized and resized, and the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and the work was incredible. Very thankful for all they did for us!

First I want to start off by saying how helpful and friendly the staff is.

I have had my ring for 27 years and to say it’s lived a hard life would be an understatement. The round diamonds were loose, the baguettes were loose, the big marquis diamond was off centered and the prongs were crooked. The channels holding all the round diamonds and baguettes were pretty much nonexistent.

Their work exceeded my expectations!! They tightened all the diamonds, built up and repaired all the channels, reset my big marquis diamond, fixed the prongs and re-dipped the ring.

I’m not exaggerating when I say the ring looks like higher quality now than it did when I bought it.

I've had my ring back for about a month now and I am still in shock and aw over the AMAZING work he did on my wedding ring!! For Christmas my husband upgraded my main diamond. I was very surprised, excited and nervous...I love my wedding ring and the new diamond was significantly larger then what I had...I was very nervous because I was afraid that the new diamond just would look right with my ring. When my husband took him my ring he examined it, showed my husband how loose one of my baguette were and a few other issues...he ended up having to completely rebuild the bridge where the main diamond sets because it was so worn that it fell apart when he removed the diamond. When we picked up the ring he showed us pictures of the process and seeing how worn down my ring was and how much work he had to do I was terrified to see my ring because I was afraid it wasn't going to look like "my" ring anymore...she handed the ring to my husband and then my husband put it on my finger...I was SPEECHLESS! He did a better job then I ever imagined possible!! I simply don't have the words to express how amazing of a job he did and how grateful I am! This was the first time my husband and I had been to Diamond & Gold Jewelers and I will NEVER go anywhere else!! You will not find this type of craftsmanship anywhere else!! The first picture is my original ring and the last two pictures is my ring after he worked on it. These pictures just don't do it justice! I can not thank him enough for the impeccable work he did!!!
