Prime Massage Chairs

I don’t often leave reviews, so when I do it’s either regarding a really bad experience, or a stellar one. This one, is regarding the latter. I placed an order with Prime Massage Chairs, but right afterwards had a concern about the product. I quickly called customer service hoping to get some help, but was anticipating a difficult situation, as I typically don’t experience good customer support these days (hard to get a real person on the phone, they are located in another country, the rep doesn’t know anything about the product, or gives me the run-around). I got in touch with Abby right away and she reassured me they would look into the matter. Happy about the response so far, but I was still leery... I was in meetings all afternoon, but she called back a couple hours later and left a VM to let me know they were working on it and that they would be in touch again shorty. I then received a VM later in the afternoon from Kieth, the Dir. of Operations, telling me they were in touch with the manufacturer and working on the issue. I called him back and left a message. It was almost 5:00, so I figured I’d hear back the next day. He called back that night. He thoroughly explained the information I needed to help make a decision regarding my order. They were working with the manufacturer to see if they could even do a special request. He reassured me they take care of me and make sure that I was satisfied with the outcome. The next day he called again and we discussed options. After some additional research, he called back around 7:30 on a Friday night to let me know what the result was. Unfortunately, the product ended up not working out for me, but Prime Massage Chairs did an absolute outstanding job of looking into the issue, trying to find a solution, and communicating really well about the progress. It was a fast turnaround, and they were willing to cancel the order and refund my money in full. This is very atypical from most of the experience I received today ordering products, and was so thankful for such great customer service. With a million companies out there trying to get your business, it’s great when you find a company with such a focus on customer service and integrity. A very rare thing these days. Thank you Keith, Abby, and Prime Massage Chairs for taking care of me. I can’t recommend this company enough, and will definitely be back if I need something in the future. Keep up the great work!

The price was the lowest I found and they will match anything you find from any authorized dealer - which they are. There is no sales tax and no delivery charge and I am very happy with my Perfect Chair. And they are an A rating from BBB. They always responded promptly to any questions and were very courteous and anxious to help. I wish I could give them six stars. I'm a new customer but I've already ordered more stuff. They're the best!
