Dana’s Shine Dance Fitness

I really enjoy Dana's Shine class. I have exercised for many years and this is the only class I have ever been involved with that doesn't feel like exercise. We get a really good cardio workout plus strength and have fun doing it. Dana is a wonderful instructor. She makes you look forward to going to class.

Dana's Shine Dance fitness class are so much fun. We burn so many calories and have so much fun the hour goes by so fast. The class is energetic , so many fun dance moves this makes working out SO much better!
Dana's SHINE Dance fitness classes not only allow you to have fun while working out (you have so much fun you forget you are working out) but you meet some great ladies. We are all different ages, shapes and sizes BUT DANA'S SHINE DANCE FITNESS allows each of us to make it about YOU. You don't have to have moves like jagger, you just have to be willing to have fun and be ready to dance (SHINE) like the person you are! Never be intimidated to come to class, everyone that comes to class ....the ladies are like family. Every one encourages each other and no one judges you . It is all about you. FAKE IT UNTIL YOU MAKE IT! Everyone SHINES in Dana's SHINE Dance fitness classes. I just say come to one class, you won't regret it. It is like eating a potato chip you can't just come to one class , once you try it...you keep wanting more. I just say thank you Dana for all your hard work into starting Dana's SHINE Dance fitness ...and giving each one of us the opportunity to have a great, fun, energetic workout each and every class! Everyone SHINES in Dana's classes !! See you all in class, cannot wait to SHINE !

LOVE this class! Dana is the best instructor! She really motivates you to work hard! Class is a great mix of cardio and strength. It is fun and doesn't feel like work, but we really burn the calories!! Highly recommend!!

Dana’s shine dance fitness classes are amazing !!! High energy, fun songs you don’t feel like it’s a workout but we burn SERIOUS calories in class. Dana is a fantastic instructor and motivator! I have tried so many workouts and this is the only one I’ve stuck with. I love it!

Love, Love, Love this class. Perfect balance of cardio of strength training. I have noticed an increase in my energy levels and a decrease in my clothes size. I recommend this class to all fitness levels.
