3JS-2B LLC DBA Splash and Dash

My husband and I went to Splash N Dash around 2am to get our car washed. We live in Fremont and work midnights and had a day off so it's nice that the car wash is open 24 hours. Its a nice little car wash but we noticed that it's still being renovated. We liked how fast the pumps switched from soap to wax to rinse etc. We also liked that it was very clean.We personally didn't use the vacuums but someone else was there and we could hear the suction of the vacuum and it sounded like it had very strong suction. However we did see some flaws that they could improve on in the bays. The first thing we saw was the rotary switch wasn't aligned properly to the selected item. However that is just a minor issue that doesn't bother us too much. It might bother others though. The next thing we saw was that there was no triple foam gun. We personally like the triple foam for our cars because it really makes the clear coat on the car shine. Lastly, we wished that they had more vending options like air fresheners, towels, pop machines etc. However we see so much potential in this car wash and we really enjoyed our time at Splash N Dash!

I only use this, and the one in Clyde for cleaning our cars, because they work great. I had an issue today, called to let them know, and the owner was already there fixing the issue. She was pleasant, and took care of the issue without any hassle. I was Happy to find out they own the only 2 places I like to use. Kinda makes sense. You are in good hands with this family. All car wash places have issues at some point, but it's all about how its handled. They handle the situations in a timely manner, with professionalism! Support Local Businesses!

Once the sensors detected the vehicle at the stop line, the car wash did a good job on getting the car clean. For car wash I rate 4 stars, for customer service, I rated 5 stars. After several attempts to get the car wash started it finally started. I thought my card was not being read by the card reader so I put my card through 3 times. Each time I put the card in the reader it charged the cost of the car wash to my account each time. (brain fart on my part)! I call the phone number on the sign the was posted on the facility and explained my issue to a very understanding lady that ran the car wash. She took her time and went out of her way to bring me a refund for the additional charges that went on my account each time I entered my card. To her, I sincerely thank you for your kindness and for providing me customers service that no longer exists now days! Your awesome!!! A grateful customer from Virginia!
