(February 10, 2022, 10:53 pm)I cannot recommend Thomas highly enough, for he exceeded expectations so far that he's just off the chart. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, insightful, understanding, and diligent. He paid attention to details before, during, and after the sale, and his advice was always spot on. Most important, he listened to our concerns, talked through options, and followed our wishes exactly. All that makes a good agent. What makes Thomas an exemplary agent is his willingness to go the extra mile. Our sale ran into unexpected complications just prior to closing, and Thomas went to extraordinary lengths to iron out those complexities and ensure the closing went through as planned. He's a great professional and a great guy.

He has helped me build up a nice portfolio in the area. He also is easy going and easy to work with. What an amazing person!

(October 6, 2021, 12:24 pm)We had an amazing experience previously working with Thomas in selling our commercial property. He was knowledgeable concerning the local laws and permits required and with his extensive contacts, found a buyer within a month of listing. Due to logistics we were unable to use him to sell our rental property and asked him for a local realtor recommendation. As usual he did not disappoint! He found an awesome realtor for us who was able to find buyers within 4 days of listing and it was sold within a month! Can’t say enough good things about Thomas. Highly recommend him for his great attitude, stellar recommendations, strong work ethic and we’ll be back to see him when selling our own place and finding our dream retirement home.
