Jefferson Metropolitan has gone through some big changes.
Staff answer phones as much as possible. Not always possible to answer a call when you have someone with you (I hate it when I’m in an office and they pay more attention to the phone than to me)
Working very hard to find people homes that are safe and affordable
There are direct lines to your caseworker.
If you have a problem the staff is more than happy to work with you.
If you are a new landlord, they are available to walk you through process
HVCP is a wonderful way for landlords to have dependable income from their properties.

Great Public Housing Authority for this area. Well managed. Safe, clean properties. An above average public service institution for the Greater Steubenville Area.
