Sales consultant Troy and manager Kevin
helped to get the allocated civic to me . They gave me the best price and whole process was effortless, quick. I would definitely purchase more vehicles from here
Ohio Valley Honda has never disappointed. They are always friendly and treat you with respect. My family and I have been buying from them for years. They offer discounts for returning customers, which is honestly amazing when you are purchasing a new vehicle. The go ever every aspect of paperwork there is and are always willing to answer any questions you have. They trust you with test drives and are incredibly helpful when it comes to financing.
From the beginning, I loved the transparent pricing listed on their website. It made it easy to "walk the lot" and look at their inventory from the comfort of home. Once I decided on a car, I emailed the sales department and they responded quickly every time as they answered questions and helped me with the process. The correspondence was easy and convenient. Working out details before the actual visit made everything so easy. When I got to the showroom, I was promptly greeted by Don (with a warm, friendly smile) and Kristen who was the internet/email MVP. She was so amazing, I couldn't help but hug her when we met. This is the definition of a great sales team. Excellent, no hassle service and everyone seemed to genuinely care.
This was the sixth new car I have purchased in my life and it was the ONLY positive experience I have ever had with the process.
Oh... And I love my car 2022 Honda Accord 😍
This is a comment more for ladies looking to buy a car.
There was a girl that worked in the finance department, Mila (or me-la) I think. She was nice and straightforward. It made me, being a woman, not feel like I was being taken advantage of. I liked that. N she didn't use the 4 block system that everyone on YouTube warns you about.
I got my car at a great price. She made everything easy for me. She is nice, but not that fake annoying nice. The guy (Mike) who "sold" me the car, which I knew going there that I was going to buy it but I guess someone deserves the commission, told me that if I have any questions or need help with anything, to just call him or stop there. I also heard good things about the other guy who works there. I honestly didn't expect such great service. I figured they would just be worried about money but it didn't feel that way.
