Robin was very nice, and helped me get my hearing aids linked to my phone. Was impressed with the hearing test. When I had to send in my aids, and they didn’t come right back, she called the company to see what was going on. And when she got them back she called immediately and got me in, to get them going.

I have had an issue with compacted earwax preventing me from hearing as well and just constantly being an issue for years. I tried all the over the counter stuff and take my advice, skip all that and all the procrastination and just set up an appointment here for ear cleaning. Costs less and they had me in super quick and ears cleaned before my appointment was even scheduled to start. 5 stars all around.

What a wonderful place! Dr. Graham took the time to explain the entire process from the hearing test to the choice of hearing aids. She passion for helping people is amazing!

I was very satisfied with the service that I received at Elevated Hearing. Robin took the time to order some dry aids for my hearing aid dehumidifier that I needed. Also when I stopped to pick them up she made a small adjustment on one of my hearing aids to stop it from causing some feedback.

Dr. Robin is an incredible audiologist. She takes as much time as you need to explain the entire process of the hearing exam and what it means. She gives several options for the purchase of hearing aides and is very helpful in making the right decision. She's easily available for unexpected appointments needed and takes into account your own observations and input regarding ongoing hearing progress. I always feel welcomed and listened to. I highly recommend a consultation with Dr. Robin before purchasing hearing aids.
