Cody was very nice and helpful with getting me set up on 3 test rides on my visit. Had to think it over, got his card, called later that day to buy one of the bikes I rode. Went back a day or two later to pick it up. I probably wasn't in the shop more than 20-30 minutes for the entire process. On top of that the price was rounded down quite significantly to the nearest thousand.
