Very compassionate doctors. They listen to what you have to say about your pet. They don't push unnecessary tests or procedures, unless necessary. After being a client with Dr Faulkner for many years and many pets, since his passing, Big Creek Vets are the best i have found.

We use Big Creek for all of veterinary needs and have for years. The entire staff is loving, accommodating and helpful. They teach us how to be the best pet parents we can be. They answer all of our questions in terms we can understand and in a loving way. They’ve helped my pets from baby stage to end of life stage and everything in between. They give reminders for appointments and medication refills, which is super helpful. They always call back in a timely manner. They even call a few days after a crisis to check on everything.
Being a family of 3 cats and 1 dog, we need affordable yet amazing veterinary care and with Big Creek that is exactly what we get.
All around wonderful pet care.

We had two other Vets before we found Big Creek. Very organized and reasonable appointment time scheduling. The staff is friendly and helpful. Loved the Docs— we have both cats and dogs and had to put a cat down— professional, sympathetic and knowledgeable. Their APP works well. Practical management. Although not a low cost provider, they are budget sensitive. Most importantly, to me, is that they are not fear mongers.

These have been our vets for almost 20 years. The facility and personnel have gone through changes but the service has always been exceptional. Even when circumstances were dire, they always treated us with care, understanding and expertise.
