I am so happy there is a butcher shop right down the road! This place is awesome and the name really says it all! The quality is amazing, the prices are better than comparable to the super market especially with the portions. If you don't see what you're looking for just ask, we love the filets they cut fresh, and I love the other items they have in the shop from the coolers to the spices and seasonings, this place is great!

Everyone here is so nice first of all. It's almost an experience going here, they are so welcoming and helpful with everything. Now on to the meat. Holy moly is this the best meat you will ever have. From the pork chops to the steaks to the sausage to the Smokies. Everything I've ever gotten here is top notch. They also have other items and a couple coolers up front with various things in them. A wonderful gem of Madison.
