Just go. Takes time to get use to. Never had a problem going there and there is health care twice a week, at least when I went. A+. From me. Free transportation. Sliding scale payments until you have Medicaid or other insurance. Doesn’t deserve a 2.7 review. You can also get job assistance. Lake county has a great program.

I see a lot of bad reviews but I went in today for a walk in assessment. Not only was the front desk kind and clear on what I needed to complete but every single person I dealt with in a 2 hour period was friendly and made me feel comfortable talking. The person who did my actual assessment also looked up other doctors who could help with a problem they don't specialize in, which was extremely helpful and no other place has done that for me. They were extremely busy and got me through the process with ease and explained the next steps so I'm prepared for what comes next. I will recommend them to anyone in need of a service, especially that helps those who don't always have access to mental health care due to financial restrictions.

Beacon Health is an amazing facility. The staff are friendly, efficient, and genuinely care about their patients. I will always recommend Beacon Health to everybody. The staff also offers nightly check-up calls, and they do it; it's a wonderful service. What a great experience. Intake will take roughly 2 hours, but the time did not bother me since the staff made me feel as though I were at home. Thank you all. I look forward to continuing services with you. Again, each and every one of you I've met are amazing. You bring out the meaning to healthcare and how it should be. Thank you, again!
