Suburban Studios Mentor - Cleveland Northeast

  I have been staying here at suburban studios for several months now, I'm aware they generally review the name to a matching guest and my legal name is still my last name so to suburban you'll find me under Grace Kovach rather than Grace Prall (soon to be back to maiden name) anyways onto the review, I have everything I need in one space, the employees from the manager to the people who run the desk have always been nothing but kind and helpful to me, I would like to say and extra thank you in this review as he deserves his own set of 5 stars to Jeremy the maintenance man here at suburban and currently also my neighbor 🙂 The AC unit was old and inevitably decided to stop working, Jeremy came in and replaced it quickly and efficiently with a bran new one out of the box, beyond that he's always smiling wherever i see him on the property and he always says hello and asks how I am doing, a few month back in the very early hours of the morning there was a pretty large fire in a room just a few down from mine, my children and I had gone outside to be safe and keep an eye on what was happening. I can only imagine for the maintenance man a fire on property at any time much less early early on a Sunday morning has many responsibilities that were racing through his head as he ran back and forth, yet when I asked him
  question about said fire out of worry standing there as a mother with my children he still took the time to stop and answer me honestly, I appreciated him in that moment more than he can know! This man deserves a raise because I'm certain no matter what he is isn't just maintenence fixing and replacing broken pieces of the property that's just a small part of what he brings to the team at suburban, he's a friendly neighbor always guaranteed to smile and say hello, he's a peace of mind in a frightening situation and he's a quick and efficient man who gets the job done, so thank you again Jeremy for all that you do here and taking the time to just be kind, it is much appreciated and the rest of the staff here you are all just as great!

  I really do not understand why this hotel has a low rating. Yes, updates and improvements are needed, but the staff provides great customer service and is very accomodating to needs.
  
  My room was clean and my stay was affordable, comfortable, and in a very convienient location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in need of an extended or short term stay.
