Dr Pachydaki’s very thoughtful and thorough explanation was extremely comforting. Although the procedure was very simple, it was a little unnerving but the staff kept me very comfortable. “We had to make the heart wrenching decision to place our mother in an assisted living facility earlier this year. No family ever wants to have to make that decision, but such is life. We had no idea where to turn, how to judge a facility if its good enough or not, costs, anything. When we looked at several places, one stood out beyond any other: the Enclave of Newell Creek. The staff, nurses, and general facilities are top notch. The one on one care we have seen given to our mother, especially by her nurse Kathy, is truly heaven sent. This difficult decision was truly the right one to make. Our family feels like now staff at Newell Creek is family. They care for our mother and treat her like one of her own. I cannot recommend this amazing establishment enough.”

“Went Apex for a whole body checkup on Norton Parkway. The front desk receptionist was was very friendly and helpful. You don’t see that much anymore. The Nurse was very pleasant and was very professional. She was gentle when inserting a needle for two biopsy’s and told me step by step what she was doing. Doctor Becker was outstanding and very professional. She took two biopsy’s from my nose and left ear. Very easy to talk with the Doctor Becker. I give them five stars. They set the bar high in dealing with patients. Definitely go there for your Dermatology issues.”

She explained thoroughly the issue with my tooth and how to proceed with treatment. They were very concerned with my pain and saving my tooth. They took the time to really listen to not just my dental needs but the emotional ones as well. I found Her to be very compassionate. She took extra care not to cause me any pain and worked very well with her staff to make a root canal feel effortless. Hours afterward I had no jaw pain from the procedure.
