“This was hands down the best experience my family has had with a contractor. We have been in our house for 15 years and were having issues with our shingles coming loose. We live on the lake and were concerned about the integrity of our roof. We were referred to them by a coworker. We called Sure Seal and we’re impressed right from the start. They came out and determined it was time to replace shingles. I asked about possible structural issues and they said it looked like we caught in time, but they would let us know more once they stripped shingles off. They came and worked while we were working and advised we were ok with structural issues. My son came home from school and wanted to be part of the resolve. They treated him with respect and let him help clean up and move some materials- meant a lot to him and more to us. Once repairs and shingles went on they also pointed out how we could improve dormer appearance, one of the workers stayed late on his anniversary to get trim work done. What a difference! I have recommended Sure Seal and will continue to let people know what an absolute pleasure it was to work with them. They earned my confidence and respect both in quality and consistency. “Quiet and puckturous especially during autumn. The lake reflects the trees and clouds, the beauty is double and magnificent, the only difference is, you see fish swimming under your feet, and birds flying up in the sky, the rest is the same, water becomes purple in the evening, curious storks are not afraid of little boys fishing for fun, playground, walking trails, picnic shelter with a fireplace.... lots of dogs, geese, and ducks. Lots of laugh, lots of joy.”

“I don’t usually post reviews about anything because I feel like they are a waste of time but in this case I found it helpful. I needed floral arrangements for my cousins wedding shower and honestly has no idea where to even start looking so like everyone does these days I started with google. Mentor is a small city with a lot of floral places around and I came across Bocks Floral Creations several times in my searches and she was the only floral place with the highest star ratings so I took my chances and let it be known I am beyond happy I did. For being a small little floral shop they nailed the exact look I was going for. This shop is beyond AMAZING. I honestly do not have enough room to write all the kind words and gratitude I have for Mrs. Bock and her staff. These women are wonderful and their work speaks for itself. They put Time, Love, and Passion into all their work and it shows. I would refer this place a million times over. If I can figure out how to post pictures of what they did for me I will, if not I will try to add some of the pictures to her Facebook so others can see. “I went to see Dr Tessaro because my dentist of 25 years said she is who he trusts! She and her staff were very personable, caring as well as professional. She explained thoroughly the issue with my tooth and how to proceed with treatment. They were very concerned with my pain and saving my tooth. They took the time to really listen to not just my dental needs but the emotional ones as well. I found Her to be very compassionate. She took extra care not to cause me any pain and worked very well with her staff to make a root canal feel effortless. Hours afterward I had no jaw pain from the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Tessaro. I'm very relieved and extremely THANKFULL!!!”
