The parts and service guys are the best around. The parts department will help find the most obscure stuff on your truck even when you are not sure if it is international. Thanks Matt and David. They also work to sell buyers parts and other brands for the best prices possible. The early opening time of 7am is also very convenient its great that I can get parts before the work day even starts.

The best service I had was at Cerni Motors in Painesville! Respectful and knowledgeable employees, especially Dan DeMoss. Dan helped me out a great deal and he went above and beyond my expectations!

This was the best dealer I've ever been. Nowdays when you go to dealer it takes 5 days just to look at your truck and another 5 days or more weeks to get it fixed BUT in this dealer all employees from front desk to mechanics are all nice and helpful. My truck was towed here. So I only spent one night in motel and next day by 4 PM it was fixed, I thank all of them !!!

We had a fantastic experience with the staff at Cerni Motor Sales / International Dealer. My driver picked up a load and could not get his tandems to slide forward. Luckily, I called and Cerni had some open capacity and was able to determine that I needed 2 break chambers on the trailer as they were not grabbing enough to slide the tandems. I figured being on the road this was going to be an expensive bill....but.....absolutely a great deal for very quick service being out on the road. The staff was very professional, got to the point and didn't screw me on the bill (which I feel is a very important thing to look at in a repair shop). Companies send way too much on repairs, especially on the road.

All I can say is I had a great experience with this repair shop and if I am in the area again, I will definitely use them again. Thank you for your honesty and ability to get my driver out quickly.
