I have purchased carpet on several occasions over the last 10 years. I am always extremely satisfied with their customer service, quality of carpet, and installation. The installers are very professional and meticulous with laying the carpet. It is clear customer service is a top priority. I have always worked with Ben who is awesome; he always provides great input and suggestions on what may work best. So nice to return to a business after many years and most of the staff are the same. You do not see that in many companies, a top notch business for sure.

I highly recommend. I used Location Carpet to do my first floor in LVP, a runner on my steps and carpet my second floor. In Addition to laying the new flooring, they removed a lot of old ceramic tile. It was a big job that they made look easy.

I hired them based on a friends recommendation and they were great. Very professional and easy to work with at every step. I will definitely use them again.

Didn't find flooring we could agree on here yet. I'm giving it 5 stars because of their helpfulness and kindness. They will answer a million questions and spend as much time as you need without making you feel rushed. Still looking for the perfect floor and may end up back here to purchase.

We had a wonderful experience from working with EJ and Ben in the show room to Dan and crew who completed the install. They answered our many questions and made us feel comfortable through the entire process due to their expertise and professionalism. Would not choose anyone else to complete any of our future needs!
