  I looked for a new gym for months. When I got to Iron Individual I found a wholesome and professional atmosphere. I was welcomed and felt comfortable immediately.
  The workouts are rigorous and challenging with an emphasis on your final goal.
  Theresa at Iron Individual is absolutely amazing. Her knowledge of training, keen insight of individual bodies and her passionate spirt make the Iron Individual experience the Absolute Best for all ages.
  I give Iron Individual and Theresa a 5 star + rating!
  If you are looking for a gym, give them a try. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

  The environment is welcoming and positive! Even though they are group classes they are unique and can be tailored to fit any fitness level. Theresa, the instructor, will be your biggest fan. Not only is she enthusiastic but she is compassionate and a great teacher. She has a way of breaking movements and exercises down that make sense. She pays attention, is knowledgeable, and she cares. I would recommend Iron Individual to anyone- any fitness level- for the group classes and/or personal training.

  I have been to many gyms in the area and nothing compares to Iron Individual. Not only will Theresa be your biggest cheerleader, she also educates you on your form and knows when to push you at the right time. I have become stronger and gained so much confidence since training here. You not only get an amazing coach; you also gain a great gym family. Theresa and the members make class so much fun and I am always excited for the next class!

  I love this gym! I’ve been attending adult strength training classes with Theresa for almost a year and I look forward to coming to classes to challenge myself each week. When you attend Theresa’s classes you feel like family because she is an awesome instructor, and the rest of the group is welcoming and encouraging. The classes are great for beginners to advanced as she can modify workouts for injuries or other limitations.

  Iron Individual is the best gym I have been a member of! Theresa is an awesome motivator and always makes sure everyone in the class has proper form, which is so important. There is absolutely no judgement at this gym, only encouragement from Theresa and fellow gym members. This is not one of those gyms where you have to worry about competition. The only person you're competing with, is yourself and your goals! I would recommend Iron Individual to beginners or anyone who has been working out for years. It's always a great workout!
