Adventure Subaru

I had my very first service on my Forrester Wilderness on Sat. The service department customer service is over the top. They were so awesome. Took care of me and my vehicle. They are the best! Thank you for such a great experience.

Let me just begin by saying Adventure and their service department went above and beyond to make sure my pride and joy (2015 WRX) was in good hands and taken care of. I was driving home from a doctors appointment and my check engine light popped on (not my first rodeo with this happening). I stopped at a local gas station and we(my husband and I)scanned for codes. A transmission code and catalytic converter code. I called up and set an appointment for them to look over my car that Tuesday. They weren't able to confirm all the findings that day, but without hesitation, made sure I had a loaner vehicle and was able to get to work. Shaelee kept in contact with me during the entire week and a half that they had my car. She understood how much my car means to me, and they weren't going to let me take it back without it being properly fixed. Kudos to the tech working on it, because what he first thought was a bad front cat, turned out to be a cracked manifold. Because of his gut feeling and doing a second lookover, he found this. I cannot thank them enough for the time they took to work on my car, but for keeping in touch every step of the way and making sure they were giving me back a safe vehicle, not only for me; but for my baby. Just bought my first new car from here and entire process was great. This isn't some "name brand" type dealer where they try to rip you off any way they can. It's a mom and pop type and it shows. Lynne was so nice and friendly the entire time as was the finance lady. When it came time to buy I was in and out very fast. They never tried to push me to buy some add on or extra insurance I didn't want. I highly recommend coming here if you're shopping for a Subaru!

2021 is not without it’s fair share of challenges. Buying a vehicle is not easy in todays current market. I knew this going in. I was lucky to stop at Adventure Subaru first and have the pleasure to talk with Tony Canzone. He not only shot straight with me from the beginning but managed my expectations in a crazy market while giving me some great advice.

In the end, I got the best service from Tony and Adventure Subaru. Many of the other dealerships just didn’t seem to have their heart in the sale. Tony was honest and actually tried to get me into a vehicle. I ended up with a 2022 Outback. This is not only my first Subaru but my first new car since I started driving 25 years ago.

I couldn’t be happier; not just with the vehicle, but the whole process. I was taken care of, welcomed into “The Subaru Family” and walked around like I was a VIP. Honestly, this was a phenomenal experience. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot before you trek all over God’s green Earth. If you want to speak with someone that has experience, is a rock star at what they do, is honest and truly cares, go see Tony Canzone! You’ll be glad you did!
