I bought my first Volvo from Leikin in 2007 and now I am on my third one. I have always had great sales and service experiences. I just purchased an xc40 and Hailey Quinlan could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was very patient during my decision making process. I plan to stick with Leikin for all my car purchases even though they are an hour away from where I live.

Let me start by saying I ALWAYS read reviews on products and people when offered. I think it is invaluable! When you are looking to purchase a car online, it can be very scary. That is a lot of money to spend on a car you will not see physically or drive. We found the car we liked at various dealers. Once I read many reviews from many sites, I was so happy to find Leikin Motors. While my husband was contacting the dealership, I was searching for reviews about the dealership. Many of the sales reps get awesome reviews as did our Rep. FRANK!! Honestly.... wonderful reviews of the dealership and their reps is ultimately what sold us. Seeing the positive comments and experiences from your customers put us at ease. In addition, I cannot say enough about our sales rep. Frank. He went above and beyond answering our calls and texts promptly. We ask that we have a bow included and a message since the car is a gift. He of course made all that happen. He took pics of the bow and all paperwork etc. to show us where the things could be found. He also took a video of the car inside and out to show us the condition etc. since we are obviously picky. He set up shipment for us and we had the car within the week. The trucking company was excellent too! They did not speak a word of English, but since Frank had everything handled down to the tiniest detail, it didn't seem to matter at all!! My only regret is that we did not get to meet Frank in person. If you want a wonderful experience, I can't say enough good things about Leikin Motors and Frank!!!
