The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping was friendly and always said good morning when they saw us. The breakfast staff left a lot to be desired. The room was clean and reasonably quiet (mainly the heavy doors closing). Beds are comfy, lots of pillows! Not the best air conditioning, but we didn’t die. The bathroom and kitchen area in 123 was very, very hot; if we left the exhaust fan on in the bathroom and cracked the door, it helped to cool the room. We noticed a few roaches in the bathroom, but it’s FL… We would definitely stay here again. It was nicer than the other hotels we visited in the Miami area.

Loved staying at this hotel. The hotel was extremely clean and plants were well kept, thanks to the cleaning crew. Everyone here has been so pleasant especially Isabella who was so accommodating. She was pretty much my first impression about how people are in Florida and she made a difference with a high standard. Breakfast here was great. They always made sure nothing ran out, thank you kitchen staff. Parking was fabulous. Everything was easy accessible. Pool was perfect. Love the circle of palm trees in the front. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely a very welcoming hotel 👍

I had a great stay here. The room was very clean, had everything I could need. Mini fridge, coffee maker, kitchen sink, full bathroom with everything, a loveseat and a table with chairs? So cute! The staff were all excellent, so friendly and helpful. The pool was nice to enjoy at the end of the night with lots of seating. The breakfast... eh? I liked the scrambled eggs and bagels best. I will definitely return here if I come back to the area. It's a great hotel, great rate, and center to everywhere you want to go in under and hour.
