My salesperson was Jade, she was very friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. She was doing what she could to make sure I get what I wanted, she had a plan B vehicle in case things didn't work out with plan A. Well plan B was approved but I stressed how I really wanted plan A and Andrew ran it through and I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. My team Jade and Andrew worked it out and jumped through hoops to make sure I was satisfied, needless to say I'm very excited and happy with my new SUV. Jade called and checked on me after the purchase and said I can call her anytime with questions or concerns.
My salesperson was Randy Greenwood and he was great. He was very personable and was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. Randy made the whole buying process very low pressure and informative. We had a great conversation about football which I enjoyed quite a bit. All in all, I will tell anyone I know looking for a vehicle to ask for Randy. Thanks for all your help.
My Saleswoman Carla is beyond amazing. I have purchased three times from this dealership and twice with Carla. She's efficient, clear, and thorough. I am a Chevy kind of girl and will always go with her if she's there. She called me years later a day after I was thinking of getting a new vehicle to see if I was looking and I was.
I absolutely love her. The Finance Department was also very thorough and generally kind. Even with a broken collarbone , he got me in and out quickly with professionalism. I know Serpentine took over recently but the customer service remains the same. My daughter purchased her car through Deacons and we were completely dissatisfied with the experience. They sold us a car and didn't even want to fill the gas tank, told us the gas station was next door.
Never again. When she trades, we will be right over to you. I will highly recommend you every time. Thank you.

Excellent service from this dealer. My 2013 needed the works from snow tires taken off and seasonals put on to oil change, and my key fob needed to be fixed and brake light replaced and good price and in a reasonable time and the staff were very nice and I’m so glad I went here. Thank you so much?
