Verizon Authorized Retailer - Victra

First purchase at this store of a new phone and accessories. Brandon was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process as we needed to transfer a business line to a personal phone that I was purchasing. There was some complexity around the transfer and transaction but Brandon knew exactly what needed to be done and in what order to make it happen. There was no pressure to buy a more expensive phone than I wanted, or accessories that I didn’t need. Brandon also found a trade-in discount I would be eligible for.

It’s been two weeks and I’m very happy with the purchase. Frank was also in the store that day - I watched both of them interact with a half dozen customers while I was there. Everyone who walked in the door was greeted in a welcoming manner, and Brandon and Frank helped everyone who stopped in, even though most weren’t there to buy something - they just needed help with their phone.

The Verizon at the Willowick ohio location the salesman there was the best I don’t know his name wish I did The white boy (slim one) is awesome make him a manager please
