“Rite Aid has always been my choice over CVS or Walgreens and I would give all 5 stars but theres this one rude lady in the pharmacy. Shes tall and skinny with long hair. I never want to call and ask about my prescription bc Im afraid she will answer. Shes not friendly and feels annoyed to be helping me although she doesnt. She tells me i cant pick up my meds for a couple days but I call the day my ins says it can be filled. I live in Madison so the closest Rite Aid is Painesville bc Madison closed. I do not want to drive out there before making sure my meds are ready so I honestly dread calling for that reason. I even have my husband pick it up in case I have to deal with her. She makes me that uncomfortable. Almost reminds me of a bullys personality. I used to get texts when it was filled but not anymore for some reason. Thats a wonderful feature. If you get a short blonde girl named Danielle, you are in good hands. Shes efficient, friendly, and could prob run the whole pharmacy.”

“The staff was very friendly. They have a good amount of books, coloring, some small toys for kids. Which was great for my 2 year old who was getting the exam. We had a little wait & all those things kept him busy. But he really loved the big fish tank in the main lobby. In pre-testing the young girl who worked with my son was so nice. If there was something he could not do or was not having it there was no problem. Nothing was forced to be done to keep him at ease & happy. The exam went so smooth. Dr Kane interacted with my son great. He explained everything he was doing & why. It was a great visit for myself & son.”

“Played the Weiskopf 10/5/22. Course was in great shape tee to green. Is challenging without being unfair. A par 71 with 4 par 3's on the front side. Note that hole #17 has a deep swale in front of the green and if you go in it you may find your ball rolled into the woods. Will be back next year to play this course again and to play the Devlin.”

“To find a doctor who was willing to take on a difficult case that every doctor I had seen previously dismissed or wouldn’t listen, Dr. Moralles took my case with no hesitation and has been nothing but aggressive about seeking answers and the right medicine that works for my body. She does thorough testing every time I am seen by her. She is absolutely amazing she listens to me and in a case that is easy to dismiss she did the complete opposite. I will forever thank God I ended up in her office. But it does not stop there. CHERYL and NANCY are a God send. They go ABOVE and BEYOND for me EVERY visit/interaction. They are hands down the best staff I’ve ever encountered. They never once make me feel bad for needing some extra support at my injections. They do the complete opposite and tag team my injections so I don’t have to have both of them separate they each give me one so I only have to experience the two injections at once. You ladies are truly amazing and I could never thank you enough for treating me so respectfully. Full of compassion. I am nothing but blessed to have my health in their hands. My visit today I did not even have to ask for the accommodation of having both of my injections done at once. They simply looked at the schedule saw my name and both entered the room.
