“I purchased a new baby grand piano shortly after relocating to the Cleveland area, and Matt was recommended to tune it. He has done so twice now, and it could not sound better and I could not be happier he was recommended. I have had pianos tuned by several different people over many years, and Matt is by far the best--it's not even close. During the six months or so between the first and second tuning, the notes in the octave or two above middle C became overly brash sounding, with an unpleasant metallic sound. I mentioned it to him, and he said he could take care of it and he did. He spent about 2 hours working on the piano, and explained that he not only did the tuning, but also did voicing. No tuner ever did that on any of my pianos before, and it made a world of difference-- the unpleasant twanging sound was gone, and the piano had a richness, and a consistent sound and feel throughout all 88 keys that have made practicing a joy. His pricing is also quite reasonable. If you need someone to service your piano, you could not do better than Matt.”

“Thought id try and save money and take care of these yellow jackets in my 2 shubs about 2 weeks ago..Got a product from Amazon that contains a crazy glue substance..Put out 1 and collected about 600 hornets..Thought WOW im doing a great job. There are 6 sides to this product and i counted about 100 on each side. They stick and cant fly. Put out a couple more same results.Im thinking how many are there? After getting stung a few more times, felt it wasnt worth the pain and called Bugs. Told him ive killed over a thousand with these traps, He said believe me thats just the tip of the iceberg..You have 2 nests and there are literally THOUSANDS in your shrubs..He shooked the shrubs and they exploded with hundreds of jackets, dozens attacking him..He sprayed them and said he would come back the next day which he did and to my utter amazement NOT a SINGLE yellow jacket was in sight. I could NOT believe it..Thank you Bugs for i teaching me a painful lesson not to screw around with hornets!!”
