“This was hands down the best experience my family has had with a contractor. We have been in our house for 15 years and were having issues with our shingles coming loose. We live on the lake and were concerned about the integrity of our roof. We were referred to them by a coworker. We called Sure Seal and we’re impressed right from the start. They came out and determined it was time to replace shingles. I asked about possible structural issues and they said it looked like we caught in time, but they would let us know more once they stripped shingles off. They came and worked while we were working and advised we were ok with structural issues. My son came home from school and wanted to be part of the resolve. They treated him with respect and let him help clean up and move some materials- meant a lot to him and more to us. Once repairs and shingles went on they also pointed out how we could improve dormer appearance, one of the workers stayed late on his anniversary to get trim work done. What a difference! I have recommended Sure Seal and will continue to let people know what an absolute pleasure it was to work with them. They earned my confidence and respect both in quality and consistency. Super professional, always interested in answering our questions and concerns. Not only teaching us about the processes that he uses to get his results, but the reasons behind them. If you are looking for a professional, friendly and honest contractors these are the guys for it. They arrived on time every day, cleaned up nicely after, and even allowed us to come in and make casual inspections of the work. Harold will tell you he wants to make sure YOU are happy with the work done. He also added in his professional touch on vents(caulking/spray painting) and painted our bookshelf built in that we didn’t originally commission which turned out awesome. I feel like they gave us a brand new home to grow into. We are very pleased with the results.”
