“Thought id try and save money and take care of these yellow jackets in my 2 shubs about 2 weeks ago..Got a product from Amazon that contains a crazy glue substance..Put out 1 and collected about 600 hornets..Thought WOW im doing a great job. There are 6 sides to this product and i counted about 100 on each side. They stick and cant fly. Put out a couple more same results.Im thinking how many are there? After getting stung a few more times, felt it wasnt worth the pain and called Bugs. Told him ive killed over a thousand with these traps, He said believe me thats just the tip of the iceberg..You have 2 nests and there are literally THOUSANDS in your shrubs..He shooked the shrubs and they exploded with hundreds of jackets, dozens attacking him..He sprayed them and said he would come back the next day which he did and to my utter amazement NOT a SINGLE yellow jacket was in sight. I could NOT believe it..Thank you Bugs for i teaching me a painful lesson not to screw around with hornets!!”

“Rite Aid has always been my choice over CVS or Walgreens and I would give all 5 stars but theres this one rude lady in the pharmacy. Shes tall and skinny with long hair. I never want to call and ask about my prescription bc Im afraid she will answer. Shes not friendly and feels annoyed to be helping me although she doesnt. She tells me i cant pick up my meds for a couple days but I call the day my ins says it can be filled. I live in Madison so the closest Rite Aid is Painesville bc Madison closed. I do not want to drive out there before making sure my meds are ready so I honestly dread calling for that reason. I even have my husband pick it up in case I have to deal with her. She makes me that uncomfortable. Almost reminds me of a bullys personality. I used to get texts when it was filled but not anymore for some reason. Thats a wonderful feature. If you get a short blonde girl named Danielle, you are in good hands. Shes efficient, friendly, and could prob run the whole pharmacy.”

“The staff was very friendly. They have a good amount of books, coloring, some small toys for kids. Which was great for my 2 year old who was getting the exam. We had a little wait & all those things kept him busy. But he really loved the big fish tank in the main lobby. In pre-testing the young girl who worked with my son was so nice. If there was something he could not do or was not having it there was no problem. Nothing was forced to be done to keep him at ease & happy. The exam went so smooth.
