I have had great success with Sarah and her method/approach. I appreciate how she keeps things simple and as minimal as possible to both equip my body to function at its fullest but also that isn't too painful for my pocketbook. I haven't been able to kick a cold (literally 4 months in) and heard that I should try an ionic detox foot soak. I scheduled my appointment when I was in the middle of fighting a sinus infection and needed some desperate healing. Sarah is so nice and a wealth of knowledge. I enjoyed chatting with her during my soak and discussing supplements after seeing what my detox revealed. I am looking forward to returning and I already feel so much better. It's absolutely amazing how much a half hour of detox can heal you! Not only am I feeling better all around, but my lymph nodes on the side of my neck were still completely congested and painful to the touch before the detox and felt absolutely normal after the detox. They had been like that since my sinus infection a week earlier. I am so happy and we are so lucky that she is in our community!
