(October 8, 2019, 8:54 am)Each time I'm in the area I drop in here. They have been open since 2009 and have excellent programming, coaching and facility. Lots of room, great equipment and friendly staff. I never feel unwelcome. The owners are fantastic and always quick to respond to email requests!

(March 14, 2017, 8:11 am)I've been going to CFR for about a year and a half. The experience is great. Family atmosphere designed for all ages and abilities. I feel home when I go to CFR. I wasn't in great shape when I started, and felt slightly intimidated getting back into the swing of things, but after a few weeks was completely sold on the Crossfit idea. The group at CFR makes it that much better. Can't say enough great things!!!
