Clean, easy to find store with knowledge staff. Keep in mind, if you scan the QR Code on the box there is usually a YouTube video of that particular product. That helps with what firework to purchase.
Also, check online and at the door for coupons. They make this place more affordable.

Product is largely decent quality, seemed to dip last year. Used to be a lot more impressive. Fireworks shot in the air much lower in 2021, will see this year and update this rant accordingly. There were a couple that were decently dangerous.

Going to go with 5 as this place has served our annual fireworks show very well over the years. Output has been great for a long time but hiccups the last couple of wierd years make me lean positive and think it's going to be good this year, and last year was an anomaly.

Phantom likes to play a lot of weird marketing coupon shell games that are beyond annoying and they change the rules from year to year on what you can get with their gift card promos (usually the best deals). Raise the prices and put out buy one get 2 free deals...super weak approach, do you not think we realize this?

If the quality is low again this year on our $3500 neighborhood haul, will grab pyrotech pal and make them ourselves or make the trip to Shelton.

Used to be a waaaay better deal....it is always a blast, just want to do the best we can for our crew and neighborhood contributions and it has been questionable over the last couple of years watching prices increase and quality decrease.

Back to positive, we blow our back yard up in a pretty solid fashion and people are genuinely impressed. Their marketing people should stick to the pictures on the boxes, website and the videos, and simply stop playing games with their coupon silliness.

Last, the manager at the store is a class act, Travis is a nice young man and handles objections and issues very gracefully. Had to call the president of the company last year from the store when he explained that the coupon buy one get 2 was good for one round of product on a $1k gift card, it had been for the entire purchase for a decade....they gave it to me for 3 items after the marketing lady called me back, but it was seriously insulting irritating and nowhere as good a deal as it would have been if it were like it had been for years in the past.

Travis however knows his stuff about all of the product and was very graceful in the handling of the situation. He helped us this year and just seems like a good person to be running a store. They're lucky to have him.

Was a crazy long line but it didn't go to bad.
Planned on spending a couple hundred max, spent close to $550 lol.
But hey got a ton of fireworks and will have a blast.
