Great for cardio in the winter to replace road work. They set my wife up with confidence to get back in shape. Its a clean, nice gym with plenty of free weights and nautilus machines. I go to both gyms in Johnstown (here and The Vault) and they are easily two of the best gyms I have been to. No judgement, great price and super friendly owners!

The owner is great and cares about his gym and every single one of his members and will go above and beyond what is expected of a gym owner to help everyone reach their goals. Adam Miller is one of the finest individuals I have ever met. He takes each individual into account when he plans workouts. It's truly like one big family and I am so happy to be a part of this group.
