My experience with Hendrick’s was awesome. It started with a search online finding the car I wanted thats night. The online chat set me up to receive a from the GM and from there they handled everything via phone/text. I worked an hour away and was not able to get off til 6. I arrived around 7 and everything was ready for me to go. I was in and out quickly. I would recommend getting you next vehicle from Hendrick Dodge Ram Fiat

Greg did a fantastic job of assisting me with my purchase. I told him my main concern- not spending all day at the dealership and he got me out in a timely manner. He went over and beyond in getting me taken care of. Although I was prequalified for an auto loan, they were able to offer me a payment that was lower than expected. This is my 3rd Charger from Hendrick (I’ve enjoyed upgrading over the years) and the best experience thus far, thanks to Greg. They also have the best prices in being I did a little shopping around before I purchased my car. I appreciate Greg and Luis from finance. I love my R/T.

I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle here and am very happy with the process. I had been researching and shopping around quite a bit before walking in here to test drive a car I found online. My salesman Brandon T. quickly got what he needed so I could take it for a spin. I still had a few others to check out the next day, so he printed up an estimate with his card. No pressure. I went other places and drove a couple more before coming back to this one. The paperwork process was nowhere near as long and tedious as I remember. In fact it may have taken longer to clean it for me than the actually buying, and neither took long. I was glad to be in and out of there in just over an hour because after days of going from dealer to dealer, I was ready to be done car shopping. I got a car in great condition with low mileage and without the usual headaches from dealerships.

I have been a customer for many years at Hendrick Dodge. Which also means I bring my cars in for servicing. I have never had a bad experience here but since I bought my last vehicle there I can say I've had an even better experience than in the past. Ethan Rash in the service department has been fantastic! He is always polite, friendly, and has done an excellent job getting my vehicle in and out for service.

I'd recommend this dealership. I found the staff at Hendrick Dodge very helpful, courteous and professional. I felt no pressure to buy at all. If you have an idea of what you're looking for and understand your own resources and limits, then the staff here will do all they can to work with you to meet your goals. Buying a car during these times (summer of 2022) is not as easy in general as it used to be, but the staff at Hendrick Dodge do what they can to make the the buying process easier. In my case, they were willing to hold on to a new Dodge Durango for over a week while I sorted out the finance and titling of my trade-in vehicle. They didn't need to do that, but they did what they could to accommodate me and I appreciate that. I'd recommend to anyone to start their vehicle search here.
