Steam Green Services got us an appointment with promptness. We got an invoice and confirmation for appointment in an email which was very professional. The carpet tech, Justin, called and got to the house when the appointment was scheduled. He was very professional and got straight to work. I had no hope for the 20 year old carpet with stains from mechanic boot stains to pet stains. I was blown away with the difference. The house smelled amazing too. Thank you for your good work! I cannot speak highly enough about Steam Green Services! Kim, one of the owners, scheduled me right away & they did a fantastic job on the carpets and were very reasonably priced. I’m not a friend or relative either lol - just a very happy customer. Family owned business - their son-in-law (Justin I think) just left here minutes ago.

We had used a different, bigger service for a while, but I found them to be so basic. I had horrible pet stains and when I called, the person on the phone was extremely knowledgeable. She helped me to understand exactly what I could do and how much it would cost. When Justin arrived to clean, he was very professional and knowledgeable as well. The carpets look great and for a pretty great price! Highly recommend.
