“This park is really nice! They have paved trails and great views of the river. There is a structure at the beginning of the trail that has restrooms. It is a great winter hike, but I’m sure it is great in spring and summer too. There is a jungle jim at the beginning of the trail that is great for kids. There were several runners on the trail and many walkers as well. It was relatively populated, but still serene. I highly recommend this park!”

She even found the trouble that the chiropractor didn't, because chiropractors don't 'feel' the muscles in pain. A simple, tiny knot in the muscle.
