When a high wind storm pulled our power line loose from the house on Friday morning I called a couple electrical companies to come give an estimate. Electrical Accents was the only one to respond. The boss called me back before 5:00pm, then stopped at our house on his way home. He secured the line to help keep our electric on until his crew would be available on Monday. We appreciate the quick response and what a great guy the boss was to stop and help us out. I will always call his shop for future electrical needs. Support local business!

Electrical Accents was able to get me in last minute to fix the outlet for our new stove. Super quick, professional, and knowledgeable. Will use again for any electrical work!

I am very pleased with this company. I had an electrical issue where part of my house lost power. After checking circuit breakers and replacing switches, I was out of ideas. I called a few local electricians and they wanted to book me for over a week out. But Electrical Accents LLC was able to fit me in next day. We set an appointment for 8am, so I was expecting someone to show up by 10. But no, they were in my driveway at 7:45! How many people show up early these days? That was awesome and refreshing.

The two-man team got right to work. They listened to what diagnostics I had already attempted and didn't waste time retracing my steps. They also explained what they were doing and why as they went, which I really appreciated. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in less than two hours. They even changed a burned out light bulb in a difficult to access fixture without me asking!

They were very respectful of my home, my family, and my time. The bill was also very reasonable. I called with a follow-up question the next day and left a message asking for a call back. Most businesses never call anyone back, so I wasn't holding my breath. But I had a call back and an answer to my question in less than an hour! Just a really pleasant experience to find a good company that does what they say, on time, and at a fair price.

These guys are great, the whole process from initial consult, the communication up to install and the install itself. Top notch local company and would definitely recommend.
All the people involved were great people who would take time to explain things if needed, nothing but love for everyone involved.

I had them upgrade the electrical from the main in order to make room for a car charger.

I do not know where to begin in describing what an amazing job Electrical Accents did on my 40 year old split level. My initial meeting with Beau to evaluate several problems I was having was professional, timely, and thorough. He took his time, evaluating all aspects of the job, and found solutions to some very difficult concerns I had. He followed up very quickly with a detailed line item report and we schedule to begin the job.

We schedule for an all day job, and both workers, Bob and Jay arrived promptly on time. They were professional, friendly, and thorough. I had a new panel put on our house and they troubleshot and fixed everything I asked for, including taking some time to go above and beyond and address some additional lighting and heating (electrical baseboard) issues.

Bob and Jay worked diligently, made adjustments where necessary, and gave our family the confidence that we had made a sound investment in our home through Electrical Accents. Both were also easy to talk to, did not act frustrated whey I pestered them with additional questions and/or concerns and we even shared some commonalities in local folks and campgrounds that we were familiar with.

I will most certainly be using Electrical Accents in the future for any electrical concerns I have and will recommend them to my friends and family. Overall, they are affordable, professional, thorough, and have a "Can Do" attitude that was extremely refreshing and a pleasure to work with.
