I can't say enough good things about Blackflag Athletics in Avon. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The coaches are top-notch, knowledgeable, and push you to achieve your fitness goals. The community is amazing – I've made some incredible friends here. It's a place where people of all shapes and sizes feel comfortable and motivated. While they haven't quite discovered the fountain of youth, they've definitely helped me feel younger and healthier! I have dropped into Black Flag multiple times when I travel back to Ohio and I could not speak more highly of this gym. The coaches and community are so welcoming and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The space and equipment are world class. Fantastic gym! Knowledgeable coaches, friendly members. A variety of workouts each week and always a focus on proper form. There are options for modifications for every level so a great gym for beginners or experienced crossfitters alike. Highly recommend dropping in for a class!

I have been with Black Flag about a year. Great community and coaches. There's a lot of variety for all fitness levels and everyone is welcome. Coaches are attentive and scale/offer alternatives to members who might need them. Highly recommend checking Black Flag out!

I have been working out at Black Flag Athletics since May 2017. The coaching staff at Black Flag are awesome and the programming is probably one of the best I’ve seen compared to other boxes I’ve been to. Once you walk into Black Flag you will be treated like family and that is one of the best parts of working out at this gym. Great community willing to support everyone that attends classes, etc. Overall an awesome CrossFit box.
