Everyone that helped me was very nice, super helpful and even better, condescending. They took my car in as a walk in, had it fixed and ready for pick up the same day the part was delivered. My out the door price was very reasonable for the work and parts used.

Though there were a couple issues that arose, this location did a wonderful job making sure that everything was done correctly. I would happily go to them for future car repairs

I have been coming to Firestone for years everywhere from California to Memphis and now in Ohio. They are always upfront and honest. I came in with my Dad's very old Mercury concerned about safety and they told me what they recommend doing due to mileage but were completely honest about what doesn't need to be done. Not many places would do that! I am grateful for their integrity in how they conduct their business. I am a forever customer!!
